I’m Mya Bias,  founder of TechSavvy Associates, where efficiency meets elevated support. The business began when I found myself with extra free time and a desire to use it more purposefully by supporting growing businesses behind the scenes. What started as a way to stay productive quickly evolved into a strategic virtual assistant service focused on streamlining operations. With a strong foundation in organization, project coordination, and digital workflows, I create systems that allow businesses to run seamlessly. My Story

I’m a customer experience and operations virtual assistant with hands-on experience in telecommunications, device insurance, and banking—industries where accuracy, professionalism, and trust are essential.

 

My career began on the front lines of customer service at Spectrum and Asurion, where I supported customers through technical issues, billing concerns, and high-stress situations that required patience, clarity, and problem-solving. I later expanded my skill set as a bank teller, where attention to detail, financial accuracy, and confidentiality were non-negotiable. Working with sensitive customer information taught me the importance of consistency, compliance, and clear communication in every interaction.

 

These roles shaped the way I approach virtual assistance today. I understand what it means to represent a brand, protect customer trust, and deliver reliable support in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
